Asheville Zine Fest is an exhibition for independent publishers, small press and creators of zines, comics, chapbooks, anthologies, pamphlets, and other readables. Our first zine fest took place in beautiful Asheville, NC on May 1, 2016 at the Grey Eagle.

Year two took place Sunday May 7th, 2017 at the Refinery Creator Space in Asheville, NC from 11-4pm.

The third annual Asheville Zine Fest will take place Saturday June 30th, 2018 at the Center for Craft, Creativity and Design’s Ideation Lab.” in beautiful downtown Asheville at 67 Broadway Street.
The CCCD provides us with more space for more Zinesters, Comic Makers and Book Artists. Details on tables will be coming soon and once again the event will be free for the public to attend.

We aim to be a family friendly event so we ask vendors to label any mature content so parents will know before approaching the table. We reserve the right to remove any problematic material in the interest of providing a safe space for all our attendees.

We also aim to be a safe space event for all. We will not tolerate any forms of discrimination or harrasment including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, etc.

We now have an Event Page on Facebook – please invite your friends to our show!
